Prenatal Care Services

SERVICES PROVIDED:

• Appointments to answer all questions regarding conception and early pregnancy

• Review of medical conditions (i.e. diabetes) prior to pregnancy

• We offer care for women throughout their pregnancy, with weekly clinics offered in Little Current, as well as our satellite clinic in Wikwemikong

• The first prenatal appointment can be booked early in the first trimester

• No referral is required, although women can be referred by their primary care provider

• Blood work can be done conveniently on site through the hospital lab

• Appointments can be made with a dietician as needed

• Referrals to specialists are made when necessary, while we continue providing shared care
